1. Returns
You may return a product within 5 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Some items (e.g., hygiene-related baby products) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 07 business days to your original method of payment.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us with photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or sent in error.
